What to Do During Delivery

When our delivery team brings the product to the specified address, please follow these steps:

1. Check the outer packaging for any damage, moisture, or signs of tampering.

2. Before opening the product, ask the delivery personnel for confirmation that the contents are intact.

3. Before signing any delivery documents, make sure to inspect the product physically.


Product Inspection Process

During the delivery of furniture products, it is important to carefully check the following:

- Overall appearance and color consistency of the product

- Any scratches, dents, or color discrepancies on wooden surfaces

- Issues with stitching or upholstery

- Proper functioning of doors, drawers, and moving parts

- Presence of rust, scratches, or deformations on metal parts

- Full functionality of the product


What to Do if Product is Damaged or Incomplete

If you detect any damage or missing parts upon delivery:

1. Request that a damage report be issued immediately during delivery.

2. Take photos of the damaged areas.

3. Obtain a written damage report from the delivery personnel.
