Warranty conditions
All products sold on tuygunfurniture.com and in our stores are covered by the Tuygun Furniture warranty. Our products have a 2-year warranty. Any problems that may occur within the scope of the warranty on the products you purchase will be resolved by our authorized services. Tuygun Furniture will guide you through your warranty issues. In order to remain under warranty, the products you purchase must not have been damaged by you.


Product Return Conditions
You can return the products you purchased from tuygunfurniture.com and our stores by stating the reason under the conditions specified below.
The refund process starts with the delivery of the product to you and is valid for ten (10) days following the invoice date.
The product to be returned, accessories etc. It must be delivered complete with its parts. In the "Warranty Conditions" section of the product to be returned
It must fully comply with the return conditions. Expenses (shipping, etc.) incurred within the scope of the return process belong to the customer. However, if the product turns out to be defective, the return costs are covered by Tuygun Furniture.
The return process begins when the product reaches Tuygun furniture. Tuygun team will evaluate the return process and inform you about the outcome within a short time.
It takes an average of five (5) business days for the refunds made in accordance with the return conditions to be completed and the amount you paid to be transferred to your account or credit card.
